KYNAH Men's Measurements Guide

We are excited to help you find the perfect look!

Please see our measurement guide and photos below to help determine the best size for you. Our standard sizes correspond to chest size (body measurement in inches). These measurements DO NOT indicate the measurements of the garment. We add ease to each of the body measurements according to the different styles, due to this the fit varies by style.

Men’s Pant Length Chart

Please note that the pant length is the outseam of the pant and is measured from the pant waist to the ankle on your outer leg. If the outfit you are ordering comes with a churidar pant, please note that this will be the designer's standard length, which you will not be able to customize.

If you are unsure, we recommend sizing up and having it tailored to your desired length

Chest With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure horizontally around the widest part of your chest (nipple line). Make sure you are not tugging too tight on the tape or is not too loose where it slides. The measure tape should be straight across the back and front of your chest.
Neck Around Measure around your neck at the height where your collar, if buttoned, would be. This should be taken along the lower section of the neck, below your Adams Apple and above your Sternal Notch. The tape should comfortably be touching the skin, with enough room so you do not feel restricted.
    Shoulders

Measure horizontally from the end of the right shoulder bone to the end of the left shoulder bone.

We define the "end of the shoulder bone" to be where the horizontal plane of the shoulder intersects the vertical plane of the arm

    Sleeve Length

Measure from your shoulder seam to the desired end point of the sleeve.

Tip: A good way to check this is to measure an existing Kurta that has your desired sleeve length.

    Armhole

Raise your arm parallel to the floor and then wrap the measure tape around the armpit at the edge of the shoulder.

Rest your arm down and make sure the tape stays vertical. Once your arm is relaxed, note the measurement.

    Kurta Length

At the front, measure from the middle of your shoulder over your chest to the desired end point of the kurta.

(If you are also getting a Jacket/Bandi, you will be able to give a different measurement for this later)

Crotch This should be taken from the top of where you plan on wearing your pants, down under through your legs and back up to your pant waist.
    Hips

With your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your buttocks horizontally.

Note: This is the widest part of your buttocks (usually lower than you think)

    Trouser Outseam

Measure along the outside of your leg from your pant waist, vertically to the floor.

Please note that if you are getting a Churidar, this length will be longer.

Trouser Waist This should be taken at the around where you plan on wearing your pants.
Waist Measure horizontally at your belly button/navel. Run the tape around your this waistline, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
