Return & Exchange Policy
Do you accept returns?
Yes! For online orders within the US only, we accept returns for unworn items in new condition with original tags attached for non-custom orders only. You must return the item in the condition that you received it, we will not accept a return if the item is damaged or stained. The tags must be in the original state. Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable. We do not accept international returns or returns from in-person events at this time.
How do I return an item?
Please email email@example.com within 2 days from the order delivery date to apply for a return and include reason for return. Any return emails received after 2 days from the delivery date are not eligible for return and will not be processed. We will then provide you with return details and a label of which the cost of will be deducted from your refund if accepted. All packages must be postmarked within 2 days of receiving the label from KYNAH. KYNAH is not responsible for items until we receive them. Once we receive and have inspected the item, we will notify you if the return has been accepted.
When and how will my refund be credited?
Once you have been approved for a return, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
KYNAH reserves the right to decline returns that have been worn or damaged.
