NEW RETURN POLICY STARTING ON PURCHASES MADE ON OR AFTER DECEMBER 15th 2019
MADE-TO-ORDER Most of our items are made-to-order as we do our part to be a sustainable, low waste company. Since these items are are made especially for you, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are final sale. If there is a serious issue, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt with comprehensive details along with images of the product delivered and we will do our best to resolve email@example.com. Please note we are not able to assist after 48 hours.

IMMEDIATE SHIP Our limited “Immediate Ship” section is available for return for store credit with in the USA. This means any items that are in-stock and ship immediately from our office in Los Angeles, CA. Should you decide to return your order from our “Immediate Ship” section for store credit, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and reason for return. Your purchase should be delivered back to KYNAH within 10 days of receiving your order, if not we will return the item back to you. Items must be unused, unworn, in the original packaging, with the original tags and security tags attached. We reserve the right to reject any items which do not follow these guidelines. All shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.
