Here at KYNAH frankly, we love love. And we are SO thrilled to share the incredibly beautiful wedding of Jessica and Nadia, that also celebrated a merging of cultures.
When Nadia and Jessica approached KYNAH to help create the looks for the weekend for them and for their families, we immediately said yes knowing how special it would be.
For the Pithi (or Haldhi) Ceremony, we decided that something comfortable yes bright and fun would be a great idea. Initially we had thought of putting Nadia and Jessica into different outfits but Jessica had the amazing idea that they should both wear the same thing, but different versions. So we made the ladies the Rayah Lehenga but changed Nadia's into pants. They both looked amazing and the bright yellow was perfect against the San Diego sunset.
For the Mehndi, the ladies chose bustiers from our 2019 SS Collection. Jessica opted for the colorful Moulin Rouge Bustier and Nadia for the gold and black Tresor Bustier. They each styled them their own ways comfortably so they could get their mehndi done.
The wedding was a meeting of cultures and hearts, so when Jessica decided to opt for a white dress, we knew Nadia had to wear something traditional as well. She chose the Isabella Lehenga, made in a gorgeous red hue and adorned with geometrical mirrors on the blouse, skirt, and dupatta. Jessica and Nadia hadn't seen each others outfit choices before, creating an amazing surprise for them both.
Thank you so much Nadia and Jessica for allowing us to be a part of your special weekend. Your love for each other is inspiring and I'll cherish this forever.
