Ready-to-Ship: Ready to ship items that ship from our Los Angeles store do not incur any duties if shipped within the USA. Any items which are ready to ship from our office in India do incur duties. KYNAH is not liable for any import-related expenses. These fees are determined by customs authorities and must be paid directly by you before your order can clear customs.     I ordered the Shilpa outfit when I went to the NYC pop up in August and it was an amazing experience. It’s so common for women to feel put down especially when shopping in Indian clothes stores but Aisha and her team could not have made me feel more comfortable or beautiful in everything that I was trying on. When it comes down to the outfit itself, it fit very well with the custom measurements. I did lose weight by the time it arrived and just just as Aisha assured me, it was easy to tailor to fit perfectly. I got updates by email the whole way through the production/shipping process and any questions were answered within a day or two. Shopping at Kynah is worth it for their customer service and wide selection.

    I sent my order in last minute for my Mehndi day (my original outfit from India was not promised). Kynah was very communicative and worked very fast! They continuously checked in with me as wedding preparations took a lot of my time so I definitely appreciated that. I received my outfit before my week started! Absolutely loved it. Highly recommend!

    This outfit is so flattering and beautiful with the yellow tones of colors and accents of reds. I've gotten so many compliments while wearing this outfit to events. The fit is perfect (I bought a size Medium - my height is 5'6 and weight is 157 lbs and I have a curvy body type). The pants are very comfortable as their wide fitting and the blouse is so flattering. I love this outfit!
