I had 2 outfits made from 1 set of measurements. The first outfit fit perfectly. Unfortunately, this second outfit's blouse was a complete mess. The fitting was extremely off and the look had changed significantly from the original pictures I had agreed upon in the signed contract. When contacting KYNAH for assistance, I was not given a clear answer as to why a blouse cut, look, and fit can be so completely off when using my measurements, while the other outfit I ordered was completely fine. Excuses were made and I was not pleased with the outcome. When submitting my initial measurements, I asked whether based on the measurements provided, would the look of the blouse change. I was told that everything was fine. But lo and behold, once I recieved the final product, it was not fine. I had to get the blouse re-tailored and the overall design of the blouse had shifted. When telling KYNAH that all I ask is for open honest communication, I was told that they are not aware of what neck depth customers are comfortable with. This is fine, but I specifically asked if the blouse design or shape would change based off my measurements. If I was told that the look would be different, then it would be my personal decision to re-assess. I was never told this. Disappointed with the lack of customer service for such a premium price. Would recommend my other family and friends to stay wary when ordering from KYNAH and I don't think I would be a repeat customer in the future.
