Any items above $800 which are ready to ship from our office in India do incur duties. These import fees, along with any other customs charges, taxes, or duties, are the customer's responsibility.
Made-to-Order Items: Made to order items below $800 do not incur duties (subject to change August 29, 2025). Made to order items above $800 will incur duties. These import fees, along with any other customs charges, taxes, or duties, are the customer's responsibility.
KYNAH is not liable for any import-related expenses. These fees are determined by customs authorities and must be paid directly by you before your order can clear customs. The shipments arrive as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), requiring payment of duties and taxes to the shipping provider upon delivery to release your order.
