From Friends to Lovers
These modern, yet traditional and festive wedding events were incredibly enchanting - from the bright and romantic color schemes, a disco Sangeet night, and most importantly, the celebration of love! After meeting during their freshmen year of college, the two experienced so many great phases of life together! From friends to lovers, it was only inevitable that they'd tie the knot. Our stunning KYNAH bride Zarpheen, was captivating in the Noor Fringe Sari and custom Diya Rajvvir outfits! Congratulations to this lovely couple - the KYNAH team couldn't be happier to dress you!
As said by Zarpheen:
How did you hear about KYNAH? How was your experience working with KYNAH?

I found Kynah through instagram and it immediately caught my attention with the designers it carries, and a wide selection of styles. My experience working with Kynah was a flawless one, they were responsive in working with my requests to give me exactly what I wanted, and gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable about making the purchase.

What about the custom Diya Rajvvir outfits and Noor Fringe Sari made you say "yes"?

The colors from Diya Rajvvir outfit lines were so eye-catching. I took some inspiration from Aisha Rawji's wedding with the courage to create something that was my own with a Diya Rajvvir print and a silhouette and style that spoke to me. It was honestly so hard to choose one of the prints but the one I ended up picking for our outfits spoke to me with its burst of color! My husband loves uniquely printed shirts so matching outfits were an easy and fun pick for us here. The Noor Fringe Sari from 431-88 was a no-brainer for me. The traditional sari look wasn't for me, and when I came across the elegant yet trendy and modern look of 431-88's Noor Fringe Sari, I absolutely loved the vibe.

What were your wedding aesthetics and theme?

Our mehndi was a classy, modern twist on a traditional event. Yellow marigold flowers filled my sister's home while we enjoyed Prosecco and finger foods and included some traditional ceremonies and mehndi application. We also had a super fun disco Sangeet night with lots of dancing and delicious Indian Food (Shoutout to Zyka: The Taste!) The weekend ended with an exquisitely elegant wedding at the Four Seasons Atlanta. Lots of candles for a romantic setting and ending the night with just the right music to enjoy the Atlanta vibe that is us!

How did you and your partner meet?

We met during our freshman year of college. We remained very good friends for many years and had so many experiences together. We have known each other through many different phases of our lives and that has really set up a great foundation for our marriage.

If you and your partner could have invited one celebrity, who would it have been?

We probably would have invited a favorite music artist of ours, Saint Jhn! The slogan of our wedding was, "The Best Part of Life," which is one of his songs about the love between two people and being fully committed to each other. It was of course played throughout the weekend. The full lyrics are, "The best of part of life, I'm with you forever 'til the end."
