What stood out to you the most about your outfit from KYNAH? How did you know it was the one for you?
I first spotted it on Pinterest, and from that moment, I knew it was the perfect choice for my big day.
We first crossed paths in Queenstown one night, meeting through mutual friends at a bar. We exchanged a quick hello, but amidst the loud music, I couldn’t catch his name no matter how many times I asked his brother. I left that night without knowing it, too shy to ask again. The next day, he added me on Instagram, but I was out kayaking with friends and missed it. By the time I got back, he'd overthought everything and removed the request, thinking I wasn’t interested. Months later, during the lockdown, mutual friends reintroduced us through Instagram, and we began talking. Once the lockdown lifted, we met at the beach, and from that moment, our love blossomed. Six months later, during a surprise getaway to Mt. Cook, as we soared in a helicopter above the snowy mountains, he dropped to one knee and asked me to marry him.
What was your favorite part of your wedding? How did you make the wedding personal to you?
The vows, first glimpse of seeing my husband down the aisle, seeing myself in my KYNAH outfit for the first time.
