I heard about KYNAH through Instagram. My experience was seamless from start to finish. I began by scheduling an in person bridal consultation and was able to meet Simran who helped me navigate the many beautiful options to narrow in on my top choices. She explained the customization process and walked me through the next steps. She truly made this first step so enjoyable. From there, I was able to set up another video call with Simran to discuss my final choices further and then placed my orders! Once the orders were placed, the communication with the India team truly set KYNAH apart. Khushbu sent images of each outfit and fixed anything I noticed prior to shipment. After my reception blouse was too big, the team again went above and beyond to help me coordinate shipment of the blouse back to India, and Khushbu worked closely with me to ensure that the blouse fit perfectly after alterations. These are just some examples of what sets KYNAH apart and I cannot recommend them more highly to future brides.
I had selected an ivory outfit for my wedding day, so I wanted an opportunity to wear an outfit with a shade of red despite not loving how traditional red outfits made me feel. Additionally, I always envisioned my reception outfit with lots of shine. When I saw the after party sharara, I knew that the color and embroidery would be perfect for me, and Simran was able to help me customize it to a lehenga with a shape I had already tried on and loved. The end result was truly perfect!
My husband and I have known each other for 15 years, and our friendship and relationship has grown as we have been able to grow up together. Ultimately, he proposed in Napa Valley at a beautiful winery and set up a perfect day for us.
Seeing the joy on our family and friends' faces at the reception was truly the highlight. With our long relationship, it was truly special to be able to commemorate our love and journey with a beautiful celebration with everyone closest to us.
Finding vendors who you communicate well with is truly key! As a bride, there are so many details you will be trying to manage, and not being able to contact someone or feeling unsure if something will get done/arrive on time can cause additional stress. I truly believe that finding the right team of people who you can rely on makes the process so much easier, and the KYNAH Team were definitely some of those people for me!
