How was your experience with KYNAH?
I absolutely loved my experience with KYNAH. Planning a Indian wedding during a pandemic was no small feat. Unable to go dress shopping in person, I did my shopping exclusively online. Aisha made sure that I would still be able to have all of my questions answered while making the experience fun. I met with her via FaceTime and was able to see the gown virtually before purchasing it. I was anxious about the fitting but the team made sure that all the measurements made sense when I sent them over to her. The gown arrived in a timely manner and fit perfectly when I received it. I HIGHLY recommend KYNAH for any bride looking for a smooth, fun and worry free shopping experience. You will not be disappointed!
How did your outfit make you feel?
The Luna Gown made me feel like royalty! It was extremely comfortable. I think the best thing about the gown is that it looks heavy but does not feel heavy. I was able to dance and enjoy the party without feeling weighed down.
What’s one piece of advice you have for other brides/brides-to-be?
I would say take a moment to take it all in on your wedding day. Take an intentional pause and just look around because the day goes by crazy fast! Also, shop with KYNAH if you want to look and feel like a queen!
What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme/aesthetic?
I wanted to have a traditional ceremony in a non traditional setting. The Middleburg Barn was the perfect place for our rustic Indian/American wedding. The decor was mostly greens with pops of peach and pink since we had a summer wedding.
How did you meet your husband?
My husband and I met in pharmacy school!
