Returns are accepted for store credit only on eligible U.S. orders. A return processing fee will be deducted from your credit total. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and meet all return conditions.

United States

Ready-to-Ship: Ready to ship items that ship from our Los Angeles store do not incur any duties if shipped within the USA. Any items which are ready to ship from our office in India do incur duties. These import fees, along with any other customs charges, taxes, or duties, are the customer's responsibility.

Made-to-Order Items: Made to order items DO incur duties. These import fees, along with any other customs charges, taxes, or duties, are the customer's responsibility.

KYNAH is not liable for any import-related expenses. These fees are determined by customs authorities and must be paid directly by you before your order can clear customs. The shipments arrive as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), requiring payment of duties and taxes to the shipping provider upon delivery to release your order.

International
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are not included in your purchase price and will be collected separately. These charges vary by country and must be paid before your package can clear customs. The shipping carrier may collect these fees upon delivery.

KYNAH is not responsible for any customs-related charges. For more information about potential fees, please contact your local customs office prior to placing your order.

India
For all made-to-order items there are no duties given that the item is shipped within India.
