Return & Exchange Policy

Our Returns Policy 

KYNAH offers complimentary return shipping for items eligible for return in accordance with our customer Terms and Conditions, which we summarize here in this Return Policy.  Subject to certain conditions and exceptions explained below in this Return Policy or in our Terms, and without prejudice to our or your rights under applicable law, and unless otherwise expressly indicated on a Product’s detail page at the time of purchase, we are pleased to accept timely returns of certain new and unused Products, as follows:

Final Sale

These products will NOT be eligible for a return:

  • Ready-To-Ship above $600
  • Made-To-Order / Pre-Order Items 
  • Customized Items
  • Sale Items
  • All Items Marked as “Final Sale”
  • Ready-to-Ship Items under $600 USD (International ONLY)

Eligible for Return (Store Credit Only)

These products will be eligible for a return if the return is postmarked within 7 days of the date the order was delivered to you, for Store Credit Only. It is your responsibility to let us know if you will not be home at the time of your delivery. We strictly do not make any exceptions:
  • Ready-To-Ship under $600 USD (USA ONLY)
  • Menswear (USA ONLY)

Shipping charges and taxes or duties are non-refundable. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by KYNAH. Refunds are generally processed within 7-10 business days of when the returned item is received at our warehouse, subject to any shorter refund period which is mandated by applicable law.

 

Your products must be returned in new and unworn condition, with the tags still attached and in its original packaging. This includes any boxes and garment bags as well. We strictly do not accept returns on items if the tags were removed. 

 

Please note that your return is subject to additional fees or will be returned back to you if it is returned in any condition other than what it was delivered in. Damages include but are not limited to: deodorant or makeup stains, missing items, broken closures, rips, etc. If your order did not come in perfect condition or you have any concerns, please reach out to hello@shopkynah.com with pictures of damages on arrival within 48 hours of receiving your package. If KYNAH is not notified of these issues prior to you returning your item; we will not refund your purchase.

 

 

KYNAH reserves the right to decline any return that is not returned in its original condition (including stains, rips, etc.). Returns received that do not satisfy our policies will be sent back to you and are subject to return shipping charges.
