Return & Exchange Policy

KYNAH allows returns for eligible items, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions and summarized below. Unless otherwise noted on the product page at the time of purchase, returns are accepted for store credit only on new and unused items, subject to the conditions and exceptions listed below.

Items Eligible for Return (Store Credit Only)

The following items may be returned for store credit only, provided the return is postmarked within 7 days of delivery. 

  • Ready-To-Ship items under $600 USD (U.S. customers only)

Items Not Eligible for Return (Final Sale)

Due to the handmade nature of our garments, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Made-To-Order and Pre-Order items

  • Ready-To-Ship items over $600 USD

  • International orders

  • Accessories

  • Customized items (including any with 1–2 measurement changes)

  • Sale items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Special orders not currently listed on our website

Please note that a return processing fee will be applied to all returns and will be deducted from your credit total. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. This allows us to continue offering thoughtful, small-batch production and high-quality service.

There is no fee for eligible in-store returns or for exchanges made within 48 hours of our team confirming the return eligibility. 

Return Process

  1. Email hello@shopkynah.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return link to generate your shipping label.
  3. Drop off the item at your local UPS location within 7 days of the delivery date.
  4. Store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.

  • Returns are typically processed within 7–10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.

Return Conditions

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • New and unworn

  • Original tags attached (no exceptions)

  • Free from stains, odors, damages, or missing components

  • Returned in original packaging (including boxes, garment bags, etc.)

  • Return initiated within 7 days of delivery

Items not returned in original condition may be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@shopkynah.com with clear photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

If KYNAH is not notified before a return is submitted, the return may be denied.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy.
