These products will be eligible for a return if the return is postmarked within 7 days of the date the order was delivered to you, for Store Credit Only. It is your responsibility to let us know if you will not be home at the time of your delivery. We strictly do not make any exceptions:

USA: Any made-to-order orders above $850 do incur import fees which is also the customer's responsibility to pay as the customer is the importer per USA Customs Laws.

Some shipments will be sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, and you will be charged duties and taxes by the shipping provider when they deliver your order.
