What stood out to you the most about your outfit from KYNAH? How did you know it was the one for you?
From the second I got engaged, I knew I wanted to be wearing a lehenga that represented a fusion wedding when I walked down the aisle. I was browsing Kynah's website and the Nazma Lehenga caught my eye immediately. Tradtional, yet modern with beautiful blue embroidery, I knew it was "the one". Blue is also my favorite color, so it felt like destiny!
How did your partner propose? Tell us more about the relationship!
It was Christmas morning in 2022 and we were away with his family at a cozy Airbnb. After we finished open gifts and started cleaning up, I noticed him quickly walk away to get something. He came back out into the living room with a wrapped box in his hand and said "we have one more". The rest is history!
What was your favorite part of your wedding? How did you make the wedding personal to you?
The best thing about my wedding was being able to experience it with the people we love the most. I chose not to incorporate certain traditions "just because". It was important to me that my husband and I actually got to spend time with our family and friends, and of course each other, throughout the whole day. Being on the dance floor non-stop towards the end of the night tied everything together perfectly.
What is one thing you wish you knew before you started planning your wedding?
That everything will be ok :)
