Draped in Culture, Bound by Love

Planning a wedding can be an overwhelming journey, but for Jacqueline, it was a delightful experience, especially with the help of KYNAH. From the warm welcome at the store to the expert guidance in selecting her timeless and elegant dress, KYNAH exceeded all expectations, making the process seamless and enjoyable. Jacqueline and Sunny’s love story began in San Francisco and led to a fairytale proposal on a balcony overlooking the Amalfi Coast, with her parents witnessing the magical moment. Their wedding was a beautiful blend of Peruvian and Indian traditions, a celebration draped in culture and bound by love. Surrounded by family and friends, they created a day that was both personal and culturally rich, reflecting their unique journey together.

Our beautiful KYNAH bride Jacqueline, was truly glowing in the Maryam Lehenga Set by Ridhima Bhasin and the Sufi Sari by Seema Gujral! Congratulations to this lovely couple - the KYNAH team couldn't be happier for the both of you!

As said by Jacqueline:
How did you hear about KYNAH? How was your experience working with KYNAH?
What stood out to you the most about your outfit from KYNAH? How did you know it was the one for you?
How did your partner propose? Tell us more about the relationship!
Sunny proposed to me in Italy on a beautiful balcony overlooking the Amalfi Coast. It was truly a fairytale proposal. My parents were there to witness it as well which made it even more special. We met in San Francisco 2 years ago and have been inseparable ever since.
What was your favorite part of your wedding? How did you make the wedding personal to you?
The merging of our two cultures. Draped in culture, bound by love. Our families connecting to celebrate our love and learning about Peruvian and Indian traditions. It was truly a magical and whimsical day.
What is one thing you wish you knew before you started planning your wedding?
How stressful and overwhelming wedding planning can be! It was a marathon of events and beautiful traditions. We are also having a symbolic ceremony in Ravello, Italy. Planning two weddings in one year was incredibly challenging, but the planning process taught us a lot and brought us closer together.
