What stood out to you the most about your outfit from KYNAH? How did you know it was the one for you?
What stood out to me the most about my outfit from KYNAH was that it was the perfect blend of my personal style and wedding vision. I had always dreamed of wearing a Seema Gujral outfit for my wedding, and I was looking for something modern that would be ideal for a beach setting. The moment I saw the outfit in the store, I was drawn to it immediately. The moss green color was absolutely stunning and, being my favorite color, it felt meant to be. I had been considering moving away from traditional red wedding outfits as they weren't really speaking to me, so this green was the perfect alternative. What really sealed the deal for me was the ability to customize the outfit. I was able to add a long veil and sea shells to the blouse, which really brought in that beach touch I was looking for. It was like the outfit was transforming to fit my exact vision. The instant I put it on, I just knew it was the one. When Samir and I planned our weekend getaway to Northern California, I was looking forward to hiking among the majestic redwoods. Little did I know that Samir had a life-changing surprise in store. Our day began with an ambitious 15-mile hike. Samir, knowing my weakness for Pizza Hut, used the promise of a cheesy reward to motivate me through the challenging trail. Exhausted but triumphant, we returned to our hotel for a well-deserved nap. As the sun began to set, Samir woke me with an unexpected request to dress up. Confused but too tired to question it, I complied. He then suggested finding the perfect spot to watch the sunset before dinner, instantly piquing my interest - I'm an avid sunset enthusiast and couldn't resist the opportunity for a perfect photo. At a breathtaking overlook, with the sky ablaze in oranges and pinks, Samir began reminiscing about our relationship. As I admired the view, he dropped to one knee, presenting a beautiful ring and expressing his desire to spend his life with me. Overwhelmed with emotion, I said yes through happy tears. We celebrated our first meal as an engaged couple at Pizza Hut, just as promised. It was no longer just about satisfying a craving, but marking the beginning of our new chapter together. We researched countless resorts, looking for one that would allow us to get married directly on the beach - not just near it, but right on the sand. After an extensive search, we finally found our dream venue in Mexico. The weekend of our wedding was everything we'd hoped for and more. Surrounded by our loved ones in a beautiful Mexican resort, we celebrated not just our love, but also our shared passion for travel and new experiences. It felt incredibly special to have our friends and family join us for this vacation-wedding combo. My favorite part of the wedding was undoubtedly the ceremony itself. Standing on the beach with the water as our backdrop felt like a dream come true. The decor, the setting, the atmosphere - everything came together beautifully, leaving us truly blown away. What made our wedding personal was how it embodied our love for travel and our desire to create unforgettable memories with our closest friends and family. It wasn't just a ceremony; it was a weekend-long celebration of love and adventure in a stunning location. Looking back, I couldn't imagine a more perfect way to start our married life together. I had no idea wedding planning would consume an entire year of my life. The endless decisions, details, and tasks were overwhelming at times. From vendors to decor, guests to budgets - it felt never-ending. Looking back, I wish I could tell my stressed-out self to relax. Despite the challenges, everything came together perfectly on our big day. All those hours of planning and sleepless nights? Totally worth it when we saw our dream wedding come to life.
To those just starting: Yes, it's time-consuming and sometimes stressful, but try to enjoy the journey. Don't let worry overshadow the excitement. Trust that things will work out, and remember - all your efforts will result in a beautiful celebration of your love. In the end, seeing our hard work come to fruition was incredible. The joy of our wedding day made every moment of planning worthwhile.
For Samir, it's a no-brainer - he'd invite the entire Arsenal team. As a die-hard football fan, having his favorite players at our wedding would've been the ultimate dream come true. As for me, I had two special invites in mind. First, I couldn't resist inviting the Ambani family. And let's be real - who wouldn't be curious about their wedding gifts? (I'm joking... well, mostly!) But my heart was set on inviting Arijit Singh. His soulful music has been my companion through thick and thin, getting me through some of life's toughest moments. Having him there to perhaps sing a couple of songs would've been incredibly meaningful. Just imagine his mesmerizing voice serenading our first dance - talk about unforgettable!
