3. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit

For Men:

Chest: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Stand naturally and breathe normally.

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, which is typically just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Pant Outseam: Measure from the outside pant waist to where you'd like the hem to fall.

We do not offer custom sizing for men's items at this time.

While we do not offer custom sizing/measurements for men's items at this time we can customize certain aspects such as color.

As of April 5, 2025 if the item is a made-to-order item or ready to ship from our office in India, you will be required to pay duties on your order. This does not include ready-to-ship items from our Los Angeles store.

These import fees, along with any other customs charges, taxes, or duties, are the customer's responsibility. You will be contacted by DHL to pay these duties directly through them to clear your package.

KYNAH is not liable for any import-related expenses. These fees are determined by customs authorities and must be paid directly by you before your order can clear customs. The shipments arrive as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), requiring payment of duties and taxes to the shipping provider upon delivery to release your order.

Yes! We ship internationally via DHL and UPS.

All made-to-order items are shipped from our offices in India, while most ready to ship items are shipped from the USA.

International
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are not included in your purchase price and will be collected separately. These charges vary by country and must be paid before your package can clear customs. The shipping carrier may collect these fees upon delivery.

KYNAH is not responsible for any customs-related charges. For more information about potential fees, please contact your local customs office prior to placing your order.

India
For all made-to-order items there are no duties given that the item is shipped within India.

All made-to-order items are shipped from our office in New Delhi, India. Ready-to-ship items are either shipped from Los Angeles, California or New Delhi, India.

Delivery times vary by the product ordered.

Made to Order

• Made-to-order items are shipped in the timeline listed on the individual product page. This can range from 3 - 16 weeks.

Ready to Ship

• Ready-to-ship items that are located in our Los Angeles store and are shipped within the USA are shipped via UPS Ground which can range by 4-7 days unless you selected a different shipping service.
• Ready-to-ship items that are located in our India office or being shipped internationally typically arrive within 4-8 days from the date the order is placed.

We do not ship on weekends, USA or India holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from our team with a DHL or UPS tracking number.

Ready-To-Ship Items: Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. 

Made-To-Order Items: Please refer to the product pages for the estimated timeline.

• Slight color variations are normal and to be expected
• Most variations are minimal but may be noticeable
