Arshia chose to do a smokey eye which is a great way to bring out all the colors in an outfit while keeping it classy. She added in some winged liner and lashes to tie it all together. 
With the dramatic eyes, Arshia chose to keep the lip neutral which we LOVE. It balances out the look and keeps it looking fresh all night.
