How was your experience with Team KYNAH?
Beyond amazing! I was so indecisive (everything was so beautiful!) But Simran made the process so comfortable throughout my multiple visits, answered all my questions and was so sweet about talking through every option. I never felt any pressure and truly felt like the entire experience was as smooth as could have been. When panicking in the middle of COVID about where I was going to get my outfits, KYNAH was a hidden gem and a dream come true!
The Pali Lehenga was the one I was immediately drawn to, it was the first one I tried one and I couldn’t get it out of my mind no matter how many I saw. It was just so classic and ethereal looking, I knew I would never regret going with it.
How did he propose?
Jay and I had our first date at a college go-to milkshake spot on the beach, which is surrounded by bluffs and hiking trails. For our proposal, he took me back on one of the clearings on the trails overlooking the ocean, and had flowers and a “marry me” sign set up. Our next step began right where we started. Of course we celebrated with milkshakes afterwards!
What is one moment from your wedding day that you will never forget?
There were so many perfect moments! I loved walking down the aisle to Jay. I was so nervous while waiting, but as soon as I stepped up onto the aisle, looked into his eyes and saw him tearing up, it all melted away. It felt like all our years together and everything we had worked so hard to plan had all culminated in this moment. Looking around and seeing everyone who was important to us so happy for us made the moment even more special.
What was your favorite part of wedding planning?
Honestly outfit shopping with my sisters has to be one of the highlights, I loved having that “say yes to the dress” moment with them!
