I Married My Best Friend!

I Married My Best Friend!
After being together for 9 years, it was time to seal the deal! The two are not only partners in crime, but are now partners for life! Such a heartwarming journey! We love everything about this couple -  especially how their proposal went which consisted of food, food, and more food! Definitely a dream proposal! Our gorgeous KYNAH bride Viz, looks stunning as she shimmered in Seema Gujral's Asiya Lehenga. Congratulations to this lovely couple - the KYNAH team is honored to have been a small part of your big day!
As said by Viz:
How did you hear about KYNAH? How was your experience working with KYNAH?
When we finalized our wedding date, we realized with our work schedules we would not be able to go to India to go wedding shopping. I wasn’t going to let that stop me from find my dream wedding outfit! My best friend Meghana actually sent me KYNAH’s Instagram and told me to check y’all out because you were in the US and had a beautiful collection of Bridal Lehengas. Although I wasn’t able to come in store, from the time of my first contact to receiving my dress, the customer service and care was phenomenal. Even providing measurements online my dress was perfectly designed for me! I also was so lucky to get my outfit rushed to me and that was all thanks to the KYNAH team.
What about the Asiya Lehenga made you say 'Yes!'? How did you know it was the one?
I have always loved Seema Gujral designs, so I was definitely fixated on getting a lehenga by her. Once the Tuscan summer line dropped it was almost like love at first sight. I HAD to have it.
How did he propose? Tell us more about your relationship!
My now husband and I were together for 9 years before he proposed. We met at 19 years old and practically grew up with each other! I truly think the way he proposed was very much us. We both are foodies, and try new restaurants constantly. It was a random Thursday, we were trying a new place, and he proposed at the restaurant. The restaurant was quiet and we didn’t make scene. It was truly an intimate moment between us. It totally caught me off guard because he even had a photographer and videographer who captured the whole thing! Truly in top 3 of best moments of my life so far.
If you could go back to one moment from your wedding day, what would it be?
Our first look. There were so many emotions on our wedding day but our first look was absolutely surreal. Seeing the man I was about to marry for the first time is an indescribable feeling.
Do you have any advice for brides/brides-to-be?
Do not stress on your wedding day. Go with the flow, it’s okay if something starts 5 min late, or not everything is exactly as planned, nothing more you can do and you should trust the people around you (family, bridal party) to help and do their part. Focus only on one thing which is getting married to the love of your life.
