From Prom Dates to Forever

From Prom Dates to Forever

Jasmine's wedding was nothing short of a two-day extravaganza filled with love, joy, and personal touches. Set in her mother's backyard, her favorite place in the world, the celebrations included a lively haldi ceremony, an impromptu pool jump, and a lady Sangeet that had everyone dancing. Jasmine and her partner, who reconnected two years ago after being prom dates, personalized every detail of their wedding, from the seamless flow of events to the outdoor ceremony and reception. For Jasmine, the standout feature of her KYNAH outfit was the incredible quality and vibrant colors, making her feel like it was truly "the one."

Our beautiful KYNAH bride Jasmine, was truly glowing in the Zeeana Lehenga Set by Ridhi Mehra and Maliisa Ivory Embroidered Crop Top Skirt Set by Divya Rajvvir! Congratulations to this lovely couple - the KYNAH team couldn't be happier for the both of you!

As said by Jasmine:

What stood out to you the most about your outfit from KYNAH? How did you know it was the one for you?
How did your partner propose? Tell us more about the relationship!
We grew up together in the same home town and were prom dates! We then decided to do our own thing throughout college and grad school and re-connected two years ago. He proposed while we went skiing in Pagosa Springs, Colorado!
What was your favorite part of your wedding? How did you make the wedding personal to you?
We loved how we personalized our wedding! It was a two-day extravaganza in my mother's backyard, my favorite place in the world. We had a beautiful haldi ceremony, jumped in the pool afterward, and changed outfits while guests enjoyed food and drinks. Then, we moved into our lady Sangeet! On day two, we held an outdoor ceremony in the backyard, which seamlessly transitioned into cocktail hour and our reception. The decor, the flow of both days, and how we ran our events all had amazing personal touches!
What is one thing you wish you knew before you started planning your wedding?
I wish I could tell myself not to freak out about little details. All these little things don’t matter, at the end of the day all that matters is your family and friends surrounding you while you marry the most important person in your life!

If you and your husband could have invited any celebrity to your wedding, who would it be and why?
Diljit Dosanjh!!! I'm Punjabi, and my family loves bhangra! We had a dhol throughout both days—Diljit is our favorite artist!!
