Which KYNAH pieces or collections first caught your attention while browsing?
I loved the Sharara options at KYNAH! I ended up picking the Saba Kurta Set from the designer Ridhi Mehra. Going into shopping for the outfit, I knew I wanted something youthful, not too over the top, and an unique color way - this piece ticked all the boxes!
Did you have a "this is the one" moment when you saw or tried on your KYNAH outfit?
YES. I was traveling for work when the outfit from KYNAH arrived and right as I got home, 2 days after, the very first thing I did was try the outfit on. Right as I saw myself in the outfit, I was speechless - I knew this was THE ONE because it was even more perfect than I expected. What made this moment even better was my family was equally as excited as me, my dad even said “nothing could be better.”
Did KYNAH introduce you to any idea of styles you hadn't considered before?
KYNAH opened my eyes to so many smaller Indian designers I never even knew before, including Ridhi Mehra. I think it's amazing that KYNAH carries these designers and shares their work with their customers because it can be difficult learning about new designers living in the States.
What was the most memorable part of your KYNAH fittings or consultations?
The most memorable part was working with the KYNAH team, special shoutout to Ashley. I live in Texas, so I could not visit the LA story for any consultations or fitting. However, Ashley and the KYNAH team went above and beyond to make sure the entire process was seamless. Ashley guided me through custom fitting process and alignment on delivery timeline. To my surprise, the outfit got delivered a month before the anticipated date! I am so thankful to KYNAH for making this process completely stress free and being there every step of the way.
How did you feel putting on your KYNAH outfit for the first time?
I felt absolutely beautiful. When I saw myself for the first time - despite all the months of planning leading up to the day - it hit me for the very first time: wow, I'm really getting engaged.
I have two: 1. It’s the solo of me, turned back and looking down because it captures the outfit silhouette so well 2. The golden light photo of my fiancé and me, which captures our chin and down because it capture the outfits details, colors, in the best essence!
How did the KYNAH team help make your bridal experience easier?
I had 0 stress during this entire process because of Ashley and the KYNAH team. They helped me with everything - from custom sizing, nailing down the outfit details, and aligning on delivery timeline. I can’t thank the team enough for going above and beyond.
How was your communication experience with the KYNAH team?
The KYNAH team are true masters of communication. Every interaction I have had is nothing short of delightful. You can easily tell the KYNAH teams genuinely cares about their customers and the experience they have.
Would you wear your KYNAH piece again or style it differently for another event?
Definitely! It’s such a versatile piece, I already have a couple of ideas on how I am going to style it again!
Would you recommend KYNAH to future brides? If so, why?
I would recommend KYNAH to future brides 100%! Wedding planning is a lot of stress, and wedding shopping on top of that carries even more added stress. KYNAH can single-handedly can reduced the added wedding shop stress because not only do they have an amazing selection, they go above and beyond making sure your outfit is perfect and there is no delivery delays. No bride will go wrong when they choose to go with KYNAH!
