Ready-to-Ship: Ready to ship items that ship from our Los Angeles store do not incur any duties if shipped within the USA. Any items which are ready to ship from our office in India do incur duties. Made-to-Order Items: Made to order items DO incur duties. These import fees, along with any other customs charges, taxes, or duties, are the customer's responsibility.

KYNAH is not liable for any import-related expenses. These fees are determined by customs authorities and must be paid directly by you before your order can clear customs. The shipments arrive as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), requiring payment of duties and taxes to the shipping provider upon delivery to release your order.
