How was your experience working with KYNAH?
What stood out to you the most about your outfit from KYNAH? How did you know it was the one for you?
I knew that I was looking for a bold, all-red lehenga for my ceremony without mixing in any gold or silver, and I fell in love with the Ara lehenga’s perfect ruby hue and its embroidery, which added just the right amount of sparkle and intricacy! For my reception, rose gold has always been a favorite color and seeing the Aleesa lehenga in person made me instantly fall in love with the beautiful beading and coloring, as well as the tassels that added a little flair for the party!

We created a destination vibe for our wedding since the majority of our friends and family would be traveling from the Northeast and California, so we decided to throw a three-day party at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort, beginning with a welcome party, followed by the big day, and finishing with a Cinco de Mayo brunch! Our wedding band, Bollywood DJ, and brunch mariachi band were all excellent and had everyone on their feet throughout the weekend. However, the most amazing part of our wedding was our ceremony itself! Chris and I decided it would be fun to incorporate several components of the Indian ceremony, including the Baraat, but to have a friend perform all of the traditions in English. We then had our mutual best friend officiate and deliver a personal service with our vows. Our ceremony was so special to share with our family and friends, many of whom had never been to an Indian wedding before and all of our non-Indian friends also embraced the spirit and looked incredible in amazing Indian outfits!
