Mystical in a Myriad

Mystical in a Myriad
This myriad of KYNAH is absolutely beautiful and showcases the bride's personality so well! Nikhitaa chose to wear the stunning Naina Lehenga for her Sangeet, as it perfectly compliments the scenic views around her. She decided to end her wedding festivities with the iconic Melanie Lehenga for her reception, where she danced the night away with her right hand man! Our gorgeous KYNAH bride looks beyond beautiful in these lehengas, a total princess! Congratulations to this lovely couple - the KYNAH team is honored to have been a small part of your big day!
As said by Nikhitaa:
How did you hear about KYNAH? How was your experience working with
KYNAH?
I heard about KYNAH through social media while I was stressing about how to find the perfect outfits for my wedding weekend when travel to India was locked down during peak pandemic times. I was struck by the stunning styles that KYNAH featured at that time and was further convinced to shop at KYNAH through the glowing reviews. I booked a "just-in-case" appointment at the NY Pop Up in case we weren't able to travel back to India for shopping. Luckily, my family and I were able to travel to India to shop. Even then, I came straight back to KYNAH for my outfits based on the positive experience I had with them! They made me feel so comfortable, and I could tell they were closely listening to my vision and would help me execute it. Truth be told, I tried on the Melanie lehenga for the first time in India and contacted KYNAH to see if I could order it
through them with a custom blouse. They responded quickly with very clear
details on next steps that I placed the order within the next couple of
weeks with greater peace of mind.
What made you say "Yes!" to the Naina and Melanie Lehengas?
I am such a go with my gut gal. I loved the Naina Lehenga online and I loved it
even more in person. I knew it was exactly the light and fun outfit I was looking for a night full of dancing at our Sangeet. The Melanie lehenga made me feel like a princess as soon as I tried it on. I loved the interplay of the colors, and I was so relieved that KYNAH was able to make a custom blouse to match my style and the vision I had for our reception in India.
What was "the" moment for you at your wedding?
A family member said it best that at some weddings you look around and it looks like a middle school dance with the groom's family on one side and the bride's family on the other side. Every time we looked around the room throughout the weekend, our friends and family were completely intermingled, chatting, drinking, and dancing. It was just the best feeling to see the community we built over the last 9+ years building new connections and memories.
What were some beautiful/special moments you shared with your husband
at your wedding?
There were so many! I loved dancing with my husband at the Sangeet. We had so much fun practicing before the wedding weekend that it was just great to put it all out there on the dance floor. On our wedding day, I loved walking down the aisle with my husband after both of our ceremonies - it was a moment of pure joy as we stepped into the next chapter of our lives.
What's one piece of advice you'd like to give to a future bride-to-be?
Have fun on your wedding weekend! All your planning will pay off so focus on the joys of the time spent with your family, friends, and soon-to-be husband. There are few moments in your life where all those that you love will be in the same space with you, so take it all in.
