Custom Measurements: Styles which we are able to customize to your size are indicated on the product description or have a dropdown option on the product page. If this option is desired, just write the measurements in the checkout box and we will make it! 

Where are you based, do you have a storefront? Where are the pieces made?

We are based in sunny Los Angeles, California but we do not have a showroom at this time. All of our clothes are made with love in India. 

Do you take returns and exchanges?

Due to the nature of the garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

Exact delivery dates are specified on each product page. For ready to ship pieces, please allow 1 - 2 weeks for US & Canada addresses. For made to order pieces, please view the exact dates specified on the product page.

What are your shipping fees?

We charge a $15 flat fee to ship anywhere in the United States and India. International shipping varies by location.

Can I customize my color?

Items in which we allow custom color are listed on the product pages. Please note, due to the handmade nature of the garment, custom color items may have slight variations from those shown in terms of embroidery color, beads, or tassels,

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Please note that all customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Some shipments will be sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, and you will be charged duties and taxes by the shipping provider when they deliver your order. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order.

What if I am unsure about my size?

We recommend ordering a larger size to allow for alterations from your local aunty, mom, or tailor. We also leave a margin to allow for alterations.

Do you take custom sizing?

Yes! If you know your exact measurements, please write them in the checkout box or email it to hello@shopkynah.com after you place your order.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

We allow 24 hours from order time to cancel your order. After that, we are not able to cancel the order. To do so, please email hello@shopkynah.com.

Are your garments manufactured ethically?

Without a doubt. We're proud to say we visit each factory to ensure each garment is manufactured ethically and only work with the best.

Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

While we try our best to display the color as accurately as possible, the color may appear slightly different than the actual outfit.
