The color is absolutely beautiful, but one of some mirror were coming of for my outfit. My outfit also arrived later than my event, so I didn’t get to wear it. The quality of clothes are good, but customer service is not the best. I also wished if they knew they couldn’t deliver it on time then they wouldn’t have accepted the order. My window to receive the order was April 12-May 12th. My event was on April 30th which they knew. When I spoke to them on the phone a week before my event, they kept stressing how they can’t do anything about my order since I’ll get it on may 12th. I understand situation is tough in India due to covid, but when I spoke with them on the phone they were rude. She kept stressing that they aren’t in the fault as may 12th is the window. If they knew they couldn’t deliver they shouldn’t take the order to begin with. Other vendors denied the order if they knew it wasn’t possible. In return, no other backups were offered either. Their customer service and lack of care is the reason I’ve taken 2 stars off.
